What Are My Obligations?

As a Referral Partner your only obligation is referring qualified business to Aestiva. After the referral your obligations end.

Why Become A Referral Partner?

Referral Partnership is great way to earn compensation on referring business to Aestiva when you cannot represent the potential buyer of the virtual paperwork.

How do you calculate the referral fee?

Referral fees are 10% of first year revenues with a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $5,000.

When do I get paid?

You get paid within two weeks of Aestiva and/or its participating Dealers get paid.

What kind of information do I need to supply you?

You need the contact name, phone number or email of the prospect, the product they have expressed interest in, and the best time to reach them.  Additional information about what the customer wants is always welcome too. 

How do I submit that information to you?

With an on-line form.

Are there limitations?

Yes. For example, you cannot refer your own organization. You cannot refer an organization that is already an Aestiva customer. And you cannot refer an orgnization that was referred by someone else.

What if someone else refers the customer to Aestiva also? Who gets paid?

As a matter of policy, Aestiva pays the party who first referred the customer. In the event of a conflict Aestiva will decide who gets paid.

Do referrals expire?

Yes. Referrals expire 90 days after submission.

What happens after I sign up?

Aestiva will provide you our partner policy and a link to our on-line form and a Parter ID, so you can begin referring business right away.
